This is a JPEG of the Chandler Police Department D.A.R.E. Harley. The motorcycle was seized from a gentleman with about 30 grams of meth back in 1994. The courts awarded it to the department in August of 1996, when it was decided to convert it into a customized, fully functional, Police vehicle. With it's custom paint job, it is used in parades, static displays at civic events and used in D.A.R.E. graduations. The entire bike was converted and customized using zero tax dollars. This is just a quick photo I took with a snappy camera, I'll upload more when I get them. Let me know what you think.
